Although hackers confirmed the jailbreak, there is still no ETA. However, given that they just finished the kernel it might still take a month to 3 months before it is ready for public release. For the meantime those who don't have any jailbreak go to http://goo.gl/GggML on your ios device for free paid apps. Refer to my earlier post for instructions on how to get free paid apps without jailbreaking your device. Works for any IOS firmware.
